Mantosıva® UNI (Thermal Plaster)

Mantosıva® UNI (Thermal Plaster)

Product Description

Mantosıva® UNI is an ecological thermal insulation plaster manufactured from inorganic raw materials. Thanks to its special thermal structure, it provides refractory (reflective) properties by breaking and dispersing heat waves, thus ensuring effective thermal insulation. It maintains its performance at high temperatures and contributes to preventing the spread of fire.

Thanks to the natural open and closed air voids in its structure, it has a lightweight composition. With its sound-absorbing properties, it helps reduce high-frequency and impact noises. Thanks to its stable chemical structure, it does not react; with its neutral structure, it does not rot or develop mold when exposed to water. It is resistant to corrosion, rust, and microorganisms.

Applied Surfaces

It can be applied on all types of new and existing buildings, including fair-faced concrete, Ytong, brick, pumice brick, plastered surfaces, and similar mineral-based substrates. For painted surfaces, it is recommended to apply Mantosıva Universal Transition Primer before application in order to improve surface adhesion.

Advantages

  • Provides effective thermal insulation.
  • Offers an insulation solution without the need for insulation boards.
  • Does not increase the structural load thanks to its lightweight composition.
  • Maintains its performance at high temperatures.
  • Contributes to preventing the spread of fire.
  • Helps reduce impact and high-frequency noises with its sound-absorbing properties.
  • Does not rot or develop mold when exposed to water.
  • Resistant to corrosion, rust, and microorganisms.
  • Offers an environmentally friendly and ecological solution.

Storage

When stored in a dry and moisture-free environment, it can be stored for 18 months from the date of production. During storage, it is recommended that no more than 14 bags be stacked on top of each other.
